Concept to practice

After two years advising Spanish companies in Italy, the FormaItalia brand is created to deliver Spain-level day-to-day support in the Italian market.

2010
First steps

Launch of the first permanent establishments in Italy, led by food, renewables, fashion, healthcare and pharma; entrepreneurs adopt the SRL route for expansion and risk mitigation during the crisis.

2012
More services

Formation of the first branches (automotive, healthcare/services). Labor Law department added to existing legal and tax teams; administrative outsourcing for Spanish companies in Italy begins.

2013
New offices

Second operational hub opened in central Milan and offices in Barcelona to support clients who cannot easily travel. 

2014
New challenges

Advising on construction of Mango’s largest European retail space; broad tender management amid Milan’s pre-Expo growth.

Expo Milano

Special service line for Expo 2015; first Spanish–Italian joint venture created and monitored; successful bid to build Expo pavilions.

Empresando is born

After identifying the need for Italian entrepreneurs to find an open-minded partner in Spain, we launched Empresando (a team that understands where clients come from and translates their business model for the Spanish market).
