Alfredo leads Agora Iuris’s cross-border platform between Italy and Spain. A dual-admitted lawyer (Barcelona and Milan, since 2007), he founded FormaItalia in 2008 after working closely with Spanish companies operating in Italy and identifying their real, on-the-ground needs. He coordinates multidisciplinary teams across legal, tax, labor, and administrative workstreams to deliver clear, business-first outcomes.
Alfredo began practicing in Italy in 2007 after collaborating with Barcelona law firms. In 2008 he launched FormaItalia to provide Spanish companies with a culturally aligned, execution-driven partner in the Italian market—an approach that continues to define the firm’s “Your way to Italy and Spain” ethos.
Melissa coordinates cross-disciplinary projects so clients receive integrated answers across legal, tax, and labor. With a background in international and comparative law, and early experience in employment matters, she ensures mandates move from scoping to delivery with clarity and speed. She also leads landing support for new clients entering the Italian market.
Anna advises national and international clients on corporate law, commercial contracting, and company formations, with solid experience in M&A processes and due diligence. She provides ongoing counsel on governance and entity management, and is actively involved in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements tailored to each client’s strategy.
Francesco leads the Labor Department, advising on Spanish and Italian employment law. He guides companies through strategic labor relations, dismissals, collective bargaining, and litigation before the social and administrative courts. His approach blends rigorous technical analysis with business-aligned strategy.
Roberto leads the Tax & Accounting team and is a Dottore Commercialista registered with the Milan Order. He specializes in market entry, cross-border operations, and M&A support—aligning tax efficiency with operational accuracy so international clients can scale confidently in Italy and Spain. He oversees ongoing compliance (direct and indirect taxes, bookkeeping, reporting) and steers tax workstreams in transactions and restructurings.
Brayhan supports the Labor team with hands-on administrative management for Spanish companies operating in Italy. He helps coordinate with Italian social-security authorities and streamlines HR processes through digital tools—so payroll, filings, and day-to-day requests run smoothly.
Veronica leads the administrative and finance function, bringing strong control, analysis, and budget discipline to client engagements. Her earlier career in multinational advertising groups sharpened her ability to manage significant communication and marketing budgets and to optimize investments for measurable outcomes.
